Cambodia installation trip

On December 30, 2018, our technical engineer went to Wuhan Tianhe Airport as planned, and planned to go to customer’s factory in Siem Reap, Cambodia to do five-days installation and training for the newly received laser cutting machine. This customer is second cooperation with us. In July 2018, the customer purchased the first machine installed in their factory in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was also our this technical engineer to install and make training. After several months of use, the machine was running stably without any problems. The customer was satisfied and recognized with our laser machine, and decided to purchase the second one to use at their Siem Reap factory.

But unfortunately, the snow fell in Wuhan the night before. After arrived at the airport, 90% of the flights canceled or delayed, and his flight was canceled also. We urgently contact with the customer, have to cancel the trip, because the customer is in a hurry to work with the machine, can not delay, we recheck the itinerary, to confirm the new itinerary, our technical engineer will take the high-speed train to Chongqing in the afternoon, stay one night, the next morning he will took the flight to Cambodia, this trip is time-consuming and labor-intensive, but our technical engineer have no complaints.

On the afternoon of December 31, 2018, our technical engineer arrived in Siem Reap. After he left the baggage in the hotel, he went to the customer’s factory directly, install the laser machine first and adjust it to the state of direct cutting, to make ready for next day training. The operating system of the laser cutting machine is very simple, just press the START button, the large vision system will start to recognize, and then begin to continuously cut in roll. The whole process does not require any manual intervention, which allows the customer to easily master and operate. No worries at all.
